Why work with me?

I know what it’s like to be in a high-pressure leadership role while navigating menopause – because I’ve been there.

For 17 years, I led teams, produced live TV, and championed women’s sports at Sky. I thrived on challenge, momentum, and making things happen. Then perimenopause arrived.

I didn’t want other women to feel the same way. So I retrained, became a triple-accredited qualified executive coach, and built a business dedicated to supporting women in midlife – and helping organisations keep the talent they can’t afford to lose.
